Connected order capture

The order capture capability provides the mechanisms to enrich the order data and submit all remaining information to enable order handling after the proposal has been signed off by the customer. End-customers can enrich the order via self-service, or a service representative can do the same via a desktop interface. Validation is performed to ensure the data is compliant with the signed contract, and the user can enter non-binding orders for both new and existing customers. For existing customers, full MACD (Move, Add, Change and Disconnect) orders can be supported based on the customer’s existing assigned products. For pending orders, the solution creates an amend order if the order is still amendable. The system exposes application services for all sales channels that the SP operates, including order handover between sales channels whereby an order initiated in one channel can be continued through another, and be tracked in real-time in any channel.

  • Guided selling flows, with agreement-based order enrichment and fulfilment automation to avoid order fallouts
  • Flexible order type support for sale bundles, promotions of hybrid offers, connectivity & OTT offerings, as well as support for both bulk and a-la-carte orders
  • Open API allowing a “UI-less” deployment option
